• On the DoubleTree website click “book a room”

• Fill out desired info

  • The group code is “ISE”

    • This ensures your room will be blocked in correctly

  • Choose between room choices

    • The king option and fit up to 3 people

    • The queen option can fit up to 4 people

• Pay

You also have the option to call and get your room booked that way. Just remember to give them the code “ISE” to be properly booked in.
